Naval Air Station - Building 633 | Pensacola, Florida
A major remodel of building 633 at Pensacola NAS was in the planning stages, and SubScan was called in to identify and mark all underground utilities in the proposed construction areas. The job site posed several challenges, including a significantly flooded area and numerous undocumented or abandoned utilities. Despite these obstacles, SubScan successfully located and marked all relevant underground utilities.
Highway 390 East | Panama City, Florida
Assigned to identify utilities at a planned convenience store site in Panama City, SubScan thoroughly surveyed the right-of-way, detecting and delineating essential utilities like water, sewer, gas, and communication lines. Their precise mapping of these utilities, complete with depth details, has supplied vital information, significantly refining accuracy in the design stage.
Ascension Sacred Heart | Pensacola, Florida
The client specified the need to identify all underground utilities on-site in preparation for the installation of new stormwater management systems. Given the requirement for deep excavation, SubScan employed a specialized low-frequency 350 MHz GPR antenna, ensuring the accurate detection of potentially deep-seated utilities.
B Street | Pensacola, Florida
SubScan received a request to identify all underground utilities within the right-of-way of B Street in downtown Pensacola, extending from Garden Street southward to Pensacola Bay. This effort was crucial as it was a preliminary step in the installation of a new stormwater management system in the area. Our comprehensive data collection was essential to assist in the design and engineering phases of this project.
East Quintette Road | Cantonment, Florida
SubScan was tasked with locating utilities at a site earmarked for a new convenience store. The team meticulously scanned the right-of-way, identifying and marking key utilities such as water, sewer, gas, and communication lines. By accurately mapping these utilities, including their respective depths, SubScan has provided crucial data that enhances precision in the design phase.
Mobile Highway & Tonawanda Drive | Pensacola, Florida
SubScan received a request to identify all underground utilities within the right-of-way of a proposed convenience store in Pensacola, including the verification of existing 811 utility paint marks. The area was scanned and discrepancies with some of 811’s marks were noted.
South Ferdon Blvd | Crestview, Florida
Assigned to identify utilities at a planned convenience store site in Crestview, SubScan thoroughly surveyed the right-of-way, detecting and delineating essential utilities like water, sewer, gas, and communication lines. The precise mapping of these utilities, complete with depth details, has supplied vital information, significantly refining accuracy in the design stage for this project.
Garden Street & A Street | Pensacola, Florida
SubScan was tasked with detecting utilities at a site designated for a new convenience store in Pensacola, where they conducted an in-depth survey of both the right-of-way and the subject parcel. We accurately identified and marked crucial utilities such as water, sewer, gas, and communication lines, including depth measurements. This detailed mapping provided essential information, greatly enhancing the precision of the design process.
